  • Purchased in 2023 from a Prior Lake, MN owner who drove it home from California via Route 66 around 2000; then stored for a decade-plus before selling.
  • Paint & Top: Prior owner installed new black vinyl top and repainted the car Tornado Red (originally Candy Apple Red, Code T)
  • Title: Clean Minnesota title in hand
  • Reason for sale: Undertaking a frame-off restoration and need the garage space.

🔍 Known Quirks 

I will provide a negotiable allowance (discount) for first two items if they are not fixed prior to sale.

  • Speedometer reads ~10% faster than actual. This is typically a quick fix, changing the gear at the speedometer cable.
  • Rear right turn signal not working. I have new turn signal switch and brake light switch ready to install.
  • Headliner not replaced, has a 2″ hole above passenger seat, and faintly smells of smoke from a prior owner. I can recommend a qualified shop to replace it, as they just did my headliner for a reasonable price. Gas gauge accurate, other gauges function normally.
